very dissapointed in this bunnings car park to small dangerous getting in and out..staff not knowlegable rude and young been twice never again with a bit of luck they will close when new store opens

This store is hopeless. It is very small and the car park they have can only hold up to 30-40 cars which staff members take. When i went their when it first opened with was a couple of weeks ago to buy some plants. Their outdoor plants area is tiny and it feels as though everything is cramed in their. The staff are unhelpful and rude. And on the way out as i didnt park in the car park i saw 2 to 3 cars banging in to other cars with their doors or just reversing in to them. I will never be going here again. I havent been passed it on a weekend but i can just see how busy it would be and what a pain to get a carspot any where around their.
I have to agree the store is a waste of space. I was there last week and the staff there have no idea what customer service means. I left the store very frustrated, I much prefer Bunnings in Hoppers Crossing, more variety, more carparks, experienced and polite staff. Werribee Bunnings is a waste of money. Also the only way out of the Bunnings carpark is almost always blocked with trucks delivering goods or picking up goods. Bring back Mitre 10 anyday or replace it with Masters.
