Purchasing electrical cable, It's always easy hard to find what your looking for but when you do get there there's always a good selection and variety of what your looking for. The welcoming staff at the door are great but floor staff are always hard to find and are not always on the same page as you.

Buying paving materials for a project at home. They had everything I needed including being able to match some extra paving tiles I needed to the ones I already had. Staff I dealt with were very helpful and allowed to be go and out of the shop without having to wait.

A huge store with a huge range of product, layout is pretty good considering the size and range. Staff are "sales assistants", not too many of them are "hardware people", but if you want a one stop hardware shop, they generally have the goods
