I love that they have someone right near the door to help you if you look lost. It is a big store and easy to be overwhelmed. We managed to find what we want and get out. I love that bunnings support schools and local charities with their snags.

Bunnings has a fantastic range of products and would stock each item if you intend to build you own house. The service at times is not great as the weekends can get really busy.

As always, Good service at Bunnings, the staff are always helpful and professional, though it can sometimes be hard to find someone, especially at peak times, such as the weekends. The usual vast range of products are available.

I used to love Bunnings Preston but have found recently I seem to spend more time returning items than buying them. The last thing i bought were some outdoor chairs that broke on the first sitting- all 3 of them!
Im finding a lot more cheap quality imports are creeping in but without the cheap pricetags.

I went into Bunnings (as a female) and was treated politely and not as if I was an "idiot" The gentleman that helped me explained exactly what I needed and didnt try to upsell to someone that didnt know what they were talking about

Everyone knows about Bunnings. Affordable prices and a great range. The service is sometimes not the best as it can be hard to find someone when you need some help. Avoid going on the weekends if you can - it can get crazy and visit the store in the evenings on most weekdays. There will be less people there and you'll have a better chance at receiving some service.
