0 stars. Nobody approaches to assist customers. Staff too busy chatting amongst themselves.... Knowingly that you are waiting for them to finish discussing their social life finally when someone turns to look at you . You ask her to show where something is. Instead you get directions to the aisle the product rather physically escorting you there to make sure you find the item and check whether you may have any further questions.
What's happened to that optimal customer service you highly promote?????
Very disappointing to see that it's fading away.

Really enjoyed my visit to this store after a very disappointing trip to the Penrith store.
I had at least 5 team members asked how I was and if I needed any help and to have a great day it was just really refreshing.
Store was tidy and team members I was served by knew their product and explained in simple terms.
Wish this was my local

Looking for door handle mechanism after going to the South Penrith store where we were told they didn't stock the item I wanted I decided to try the Penrith store. I found a staff member, explained what I wanted, he led me straight to the item, it is good to now some staff know their products ... thank you!

My husband likes bunnings and there is always something he needs to get fom there.I quite enjoy the plants and pot area.
It does make our lives a bit easier beacause of the hours they are open and the prices are not to bad. I find the staff always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you.

I love going into Bunnings anytime I have a chance. This particular store has the same value and selection as they all do, so what sets them apart comes down to service and staff attitudes. Unfortunately this store doesn't go above expectations and therefore my overall experience with them is only satisfactory. Staff rarely ask if you need assistance & often find someone else to answer your questions, wasting a lot of time.
