We have always enjoyed shopping at this store as the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We have a small dog ,Molly ,who loves going around in the trolley and the staff are always very welcoming and although she has always been a fan she loves the lead and tradie jacket she was given today.

i love that they have everything that i need.the staff are not very helpful and seem like they don't want to be there.there are never registers open and the staff can't seem to tell you where to go.

After living in Sydney for many years, it is so refreshing to come to the central coast and recieve excellent customer service everywhere I go. I was so used to lowsy service.

I particularly love going to Bunnings for several reasons. There is sooo much to offer at reasonable prices, the staff always say hi and ask if they can help which makes finding what I am after sooo much easier as it is such a big place.

It is so much easier to go Bunnings now with the playground & cafe section and I am so happy that they toilets and baby change room down at the undercover car park. It is just so family friendly. My kids love it when they have the face painting and they love to push their own little trolleys.

Big store, heaps of variety, the staff are very friendly but there is not enough of them, they all seem happy to be working there. There is a great range of building materials for the DIY people & the staff can give great advise & ideas

It is a large shop with lots of different stock but not enough help when you need it. You can wander about in there for hours. It has good parking.

there is not enough staff to help you with your shopping. It is hard to find exactly what you want in the store as there is no staff to help. the products are good value for money and they have everything you need if you can find it

The place is huge and the variety of products is incredible - a haven for 'boys' to get lost in. However, speed of service is very poor. The staff members are mostly friendly and helpful when you finally get hold of them.
