I prefer this Bunnings to Joondalup. It seems bigger, cleaner and not so crowded with stock. Great to have the playground, ( although it was out of order last visit) cafe and toilets....convenient for the kiddies. Our girls love the mini trolleys too and it keeps them occupied while we shop.

The staff do there best to help you out, all though it does take awhile to find what you need, it would good if they had the playground supervised for the children cause it can be frustrating to concentrate on what you are buying when the kids with you

Great range and variety of products but it is often hard to find things.
Some staff have great knowledge but others should never leave the cash register.
It is usually impossible to find staff to help when you need them.
Some staff will see that your obviously having trouble finding something but they just keep on going without asking if you need assistance.
Often long waiting lines at the cash register and trade desk.

A couple of times I've been looking for something that I've been told to get by a tradesman and the staff haven't had the faintest idea what I've been talking about, even though I've eventually found it myself. Good variety, though.

Have had to repair my WC the advice that I recieved from the trades desk was outstanding Iwas able to repair the WC without having to use a plumber, I did it myself and saved a small fortune.

I bought tiles, tools and cement for doing mosaics. A sales person went out of his way to find some of the things I needed and then went to find me to hand it over. Rewarding experience.
