Very disappointing..16 ladies crammed into one room...hot and no room to move.
Couldn't hear anyone, so noisy.
Staff forgot the champagne on arrival..food was quite nice.
Inexperienced staff...will never go back there for High Tea again..
I've been to quite a few high tea venues on the Gold Coast this one was the worst.
What a pity because the Cafe is lovely.

I organised these guys to cater my friends wedding. They were great, so very helpful and made it all stress free

love the take away coffee when taking kids to the park,the food there is really nice and like the atmosphere of the easy going people who visit there,good size portions

I absolutely love this place. Its a cute little restaurant on the water. The food is wonderful and there is plenty of it, the cakes are amazing! The service, however, is *shocking*. They are friendly enough but trying to get someone to serve you/ask if there is any seat available/to give you cutlery is near to impossible. I've stopped going as a result.

This little cafe is always busy but the service is great! You have the option of indoor or outdoor depending on the weather and can also take-away and drink your coffee at the park across the road. Sometimes we will pull in to shore on our boat and grab a coffee to go.
The food is awesome and the menu is large enough to have something delicious for everyones taste yet I always stick to my favourites! The rosti is the best! Breakfast or Lunch, I've always found it a perfect spot for lady lunches, breakie with the hubby, birthday family celebrations… oh and the CAKES ARE TO DIE FOR!

This cafe is really quaint and pretty. The food is lovely although a tad expensive. The view is to die for and so quiet and serene. The staff are run off their feet so not too much interaction which is fine as what you do get is polite.

Love love love this place. Its tucked away from the hustle and bussle of Surfers and onlooks the river. Breakfast is devine ..with a Betty Boo cup of coffee.. (a bucket). Quiant, special and unique. Open Thursday nights for dinner.

Bumbles is a great little "local" eatery on the Gold Coast. It's opposite the river and parkland, behind the Marriott Hotel Surfers Paradise. Sensational coffee, cakes, breakfasts and all other. If you can cook an egg, you can cook everything else - these guys can cook eggs!

i love this cafe! always want to go back to gold coast just for them! the food is great, and i love how they decorate the room, it's modern and cozy

this gorgeous little cafe located in Budd's Beach Surfers Paradise is a favourite The food is divine, the coffee superb and the service generally excellent. My favourite is the corn fritter with prawn, smoked salmon and fetta pesto for $20. Absolutely, superb!
