Friendly and helpful staff. Has recently been tidied up and the new layout is great; feels more spacious and easier to look around.

Good selection of clothing, a few toys and all the neccesities from prams to bottles, bibs, books etc.

Love the new location of this store. Great for baby gifts in particular. Staff are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Good quality stock and they will order in if required.

I like shopping at this store. Unlike Baby Bunting, you get personalised service and care from the staff. While the store does not stock everything like bigger baby stores do, the quality and range of products the do stock is excellent. Where a product is not stocked, they are quite happy to order it in specially for you. They have a playpen area for kids to play in while you shop. I enjoy coming to Bugalugs for a browse and usually leave with at least one purchase.

I needed to buy a booster seat for my son. The service I received was fantastic. The staff were very informative and helpful. They did not have a huge selection but did stock seats that were most popular and reputable. It was more expensive than other baby shops but I was happy to pay a little extra to shop local.

Great range of all the different baby gear. Nice range of smaller gifts for babies & kids in the front of the shop. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice range of maternity wear too.
