I have booked this company twice now. The second time because I thought maybe the bad service was a one off. I had asked them to come on a specific morning as I had to work and booked it three weeks in advance. On both occasions I had received a call the day before for confirmation. On the first visit they never showed and after talking to them they said they were held up and couldn't get their till the following day and on my most recent booking they changed my time to the afternoon when I made it specifically clear at the start I needed the morning. Not impressed with them at all.

Booked these people for an end of tenancy clean, this consisted of cleaning bathroom, kitchen, windows and steam cleaning the carpets. The carpets were done well but the rest of the clean left a bit to be desired, I had to go back and clean the tiles in the bathroom again, as they weren't very clean at all. They appeared to have no touched the windows at all.

I don't recommend this service at all. I made a booking a week or so in advance so I can have a morning appointment. I took a day off work for this. I asked for the dry cleaning as per Internet offer . I was advised that I could not have it and would have to pay an extra $20 per room to have it. I just went for the steam cleaning appalled at how misleading the their website offer is. The morning the cleaning was due , I was called and advised that I can't have morning appointment because someone called in sick. I was furious as this is why I booked the appointment a week or so prior. They said that the guy will come out at 1. I called at 1 :10 as no one was here yet and was given the cleaner's mobile # to call him and chase him up. I found this odd but did it. I was then told by the cleaner that he is not doing the job and another guy is. He then called me back and gave me this other guy's # so I can chase him up. At this point it was already past 3 and my patience was wearing thin. I cancelled. I wasted a whole day out of work at home and the carpets were still not clean. The customer service is shocking. I think the reception may be someone at home answering calls because they certainly do not sound professional at all.
