Not happy, hired car to go interstate, booked week before then they lost our booking. Car clean but not full of fuel. Had a problem with the steering, rang as soon as they opened (left very eaily in the morning) and they didn't want to help us. Told us to bring the car back!! We were 6 hours away by then. Rang another budget hire store in Tamworth they were more than happy to help.
