Really happy with my selection of cheeses - yummy, creamy little mouthfuls of deliciousness - I can't wait to go back and eat some more, but some more and spend more time in Tassie - well worth a visit.

Approximate cost: $35

Disappointing. We expected a better experience. The cheeses were varied, however the tasting was very mean. There was not enough of any of the cheeses to really get a good idea of the flavour. Based on our lack of taste experience we opted for a coffee and biscuit which was very pleasant although not exceptional. Also we found the cheese products to be quite pricey.

Approximate cost: $18 for 2

Beautiful cheese and nice dukkah too. Tried a few of their cheeses at the Salamanca Market and loved them all but ended up choosing the Oen which is wrapped in vine leaves. So good!!!

This place makes the best cheese you have ever tasted in your life! They have many varieties of hard and soft cheese with fabulous names and unique qualities, such as cheese matured on Tasmanian huon pine or wrapped in prosciutto ready to be baked.
The staff are wonderful and informative and you can taste for free.
This was the highlight of our trip down south!

Approximate cost: $15
