Could improve service.

I have had both Bruno and Alberto cut my hair. The quality of both of their work is perfect literally they triple check their work, and my layers with them last for ever. However I have had my head burnt every time I've gotten it blow dried.

The last time I made sure I was early for my appointment but they 'squeezed' a regular customer in ahead of my appointment and I ended up getting in the chair over 45 mins late.
