I've gone to Bruce Massage over 10 times, mainly for the $20 neck and shoulder massage. It's great. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and they help so much. Be warned it can be painful during the massage and for about a day afterwards but they really work out the knots.

Bruce Massage employs mainly students and gives them 15minutes training before letting them loose on unsuspecting victims. I am a qualified remedial therapist and I can tell you if it hurts for two days it isn't good. don't shop for your health in the mall. Go to a reputable, trained therapist.
