Second time around getting a car from Brighton Toyota. Reception staff friendly and the sales lady Amelia was professional from start to finish. I got exactly what I wanted and in a timely manner. Well done Brighton Toyota!!! Will definitely be back.

I bought a vehicle Kluger 89k km with "Platinum Protection 3years" scheme. Now at 112km I get engine oil leakage (after 2.75 years) but the dealer says this is not covered, received quote of $400. Dealer will change the valve cover gasket (at my expense) and see how the oil leakage behaves. By the time the dealer finds something my warranty will be expired. That's the trick.
Found that Head gasket change is also not covered in the scheme. BEWARE.
Useless scheme don't buy. The dealer asked me so much money for repair I got scared and did not discuss further about vehicle problem with the dealer.

Car rep pretends to be trustworthy by saying your name a lot, is very friendly & forces you to have a test drive most likely to see how keen you are & use this in their selling process. When it came to negotiation, I was getting ripped off biggg time but rep thought I was naive as I was playing along just to see how low they would go on price.NEVER ever trade your car in this dealership,you get peanuts.Rep played the 'gotta speak to big boss' charade, negotiation process was a big fat joke.Once I decided to walk away from the deal the rep took back his business card & said I won't be needing this - rude chap took the words out of my mouth!! Do NOT bother with this dealership, reps circle the yard like sharks, very aggressive sales approach & extremely rude if the sale doesn't go through.

I now have my car serviced by them, their service manager Steve B is very approachable should I have any queries he's quick to resolve.
They have done all my services from new, and are always spot on plus the service log books are completed.
And they clean & vacuum your car free of service which is such a treat ... oh ok we pay for it somewhere but its still lovely to drive away in a clean car.

I bought a car from them before. The car was great, no faults with it, just that their price wasn't the best (thinking back). Maybe the margin is higher with them because of the big showroom?

Service department is good, fast and reliable service in general. But again, the cost is quite pricey after the Toyota capped service scheme runs out.

We purchased our car here in 5 years ago and regularly have it serviced here. The work is of a high standard, even though the prices are a bit higher than some mechanics. However, its a case of 'you get what you pay for.'

i have been going for their service for 4 years, but service takes long time (booked in morning and have to come back at 5 pm)...and they promise only 1 hour wait...it never happened...service is pricey too, as private service can be found for far more reasonable price...last time i had to pay $700 for service because i was few months later than usual 6 mths service (it is not up to them to decide when i am going to come-car is to be checked the same way and really price doesn't have to be doubled up -from usual $350 to $700, as definitelly there was nothing wrong with car...they do tyre safety check as well and report on it...needless to say tyre was blown few months later after this service...althogether, it is not nice experience anymore...
