I wouldn't recommend this company after 2 of it drivers abused me while in the car alone with my daughter I had made a mistake and went the wrong direction and was very abusive and took photos of me and my daughter in the car

The first guy that picked us up was the creepiest, grossest person I've ever met.
Against my better judgement I booked a taxi a couple of days ago for vaccine appointment, they didn't even despatch someone until I phoned to complain they were late so I was over half an hour late. Today they were supposed to pick me up for a booking I made yesterday for a fixed fare online, then phoned me aftre they should have already been here to tell me they wouldn't come because they don't accept fixed fare! Our planned day out is now ruined. Woman on phone is rude to top it all off.

Terrible! The car smelled awful (stale vomit or something). There were Parts falling off the car inside and outside (boot lid handle and detached car components in the seat pocket and door storage bin). The Driver held and used his phone while we were driving, and then he overcharged the quoted figure, insisting it was due to ‘fees’. Finally, he Didn’t bother getting out to help with my bag on arrival - Never again.. No wonder people use rideshare services these days.

Refused to allow a booking for a disabled taxi user. Taxi drivers refused to accept a flagged down booking. Very poor in serving disabled users.

Rude and uninterested. Made us feel like an inconvenience. No wondet Uber is a preferred option. The worst taxi driver i have ever experienced. Get another job if you dislike your job so much.

The Cabbie was very friendly....FULL STOP. This company is a joke. I was picked up on Saturday night around 10:30. When I got in the cab there was no meter and no GPS navigator. I was told it was a new cab and this was okay. $55.50 to travel 22 kilometres that included a 10 percent charge for using a card, not credit but debit. I constantly laughed at the nice old bloke the whole way home. NEVER AGAIN. Next time UBER. It's because of taxi services like yours that people like me will never use your service again.

Bribie Island Taxi service was prompt and friendly. It was a very pleasant trip and the car was clean.
