I broke a plate glass window near the home entrance. The window was originally installed in about 1992. It was not safety glass. I visited the new offfice of Briar Hill Glass (up the hill from their old office). I provided the measurements, was given quotes based on two options for safety glass. I accepted the lower price for glass that could be cut and fit on site. An installer contacted me a few days later (the business was just starting up after their Christmas-New Year holiday) and arranged for installation the next morning. The installer arrived on time, installed the replacement, cleaned up everything, including remaining pieces from the broken window. Looks good and is now more safe. Friendly service, clearly explained, delivered on time.
