Receiving one star as this is the minimum! Worst experience ever and is still ongoing. BHT Gosford are refusing to honour my warranty for a handbrake that is virtually non-exsitent. This is a serious safety issue. Refusal based on I got mud in the handbrake shoes. According to BHT, Hilux's cannot handle mud as mud renders the handbrake inoperable. This is a design flaw. Toyota clearly sell the Hilux as 4x4's, they advertise them driving off road on unsealed roads and through water crossings. Yet, they cannot handle mud!?! Considering the el nino weather recently, you do not have to go off roading to expose your car to mud. I disclosed my purpose to travel off road prior to buying and was assured this was the perfect car for going off road. Obviously not! They are refusing to honour my warranty leaving me with a $70k plus Hilux that I cannot park on anything with an incline as the handbrake fails and I cannot take it off road. Furthermore, they have refused to address my warranty claim when the front door seal failed allowing water egress. Despite Toyota having a water wadding depth of 700mm, the door seals which is lower than this, cannot go below the water level!?! BHT are refusing to provide me with written correspondnace as to why they are voiding my warranty and have simply wiped their hands of me. DISGRACEFUL!

Ps, I tried to leave a review on their website as a guest customer experience. However, unless you speak praise for them, they will not publish your review! Do yourself a favour by conducting independent reviews of their products. There are numerous forums disclosing the Hilux's poor (and I use this term kindly) handbrake.

Great customer service from Dean & David at Wyoming. Picked up my Hilux on Sat but noticed when brakes got hot they shuddered a bit. I called Dean when I got home & he asked me to take it back today. Less than 2hrs later they had the rotors shaved & I was back on the road. From sales & finance to servicing I could not fault them at all. They were all very friendly & kept me informed. Thanks guys for the great service you provided

I was overwhelmed when I saw my new Kia Stonic, waiting for me to pick her up. A beautiful big pink bow and a Congratulations sign around her.

Michael and Lindsay both friendly and professional, made the transition from my old car into the new, very easy.

Michael explained the workings of the Kia, in a way that I could comprehend ( being a senior).

I am very happy with my Kia and thankful that I had picked Brian Hilton Motor Group, Gosford, to purchase my new car.

Poor service. I had to call six times to get a update on my Car. The only call l received was when they could not locate my car in their own service lot. Brought the car though Brian Hilton promised great after care service, this is not the case. Worse service l have experienced.

Friendly when buying new car however if you try and trade in a car to upgrade they are not up front with your trade in price. I was told i was $17000 trade in but when it came to buying the new car some how they inflated the price by $5000

What a friendly place! Once I walked in the door, I was greeted straight away. The service centre is so roomy and bright, not like at the side door in some other places. I need my car serviced which usually handled by my husband. This time I was on my own. The staff made it so simple and stress free for me. When I turned up for appt of scheduled maintenance, my car was getting checked out straightaway. I was working on my laptop while waiting also enjoying a nice cup of curtesy coffee. The place is so big, every customer was able to have their own table. The car was ready within the time frame they promised. Most impressed by its professionalism, efficiency and decency.
