It was the most expensive and unprofessional service I have had in over 10 years of waxing!
Gale left so much hair everywhere I need not of bothered going. Definitely won't be making that mistake again.
I was also charged for a service I never received and didn't realise until I got home! I will be taking it up with their head office.

Have been to this salon 3 times the past year, and each time thought it would be better but each time i was dissapointed. I got my first all off brazillian done here and they seemed to do good job however when i got home i realised that they hadnt waxed the top of my bottom hair leaving about 3cm of unwaxed bottom. My second time and only my second ever wax, the staff had only been there a week and they waxed over and over the same spot so many times it felt like it was burning and my skin f errrrr lt sooo delicate after that, wasnt the best wax! However they did remove the longer patch bottom hair untouched from the previoys visit. After these experiences, i wasnt entirely happy with the service and so the next 7or as o months i visited other brazillian butterfly salons and was much happier and felt it was done thoroughly and professionally. Spending most of my time in the western suburbs i used salons out that way, but i recently thought to give ringwood another go as i was in the eastern suburbs for a few days and due.for a wax. Once again dissapointed! The staff did an all off brazillian but did not wax my bottom properly at all, which i didnt realise till i got home. They left quite a bit of hair and did not wax the quite long dark hairs on the under of my bottom and inner upper leg(should always be waxed, you can see it in a bikini!)

Mother and Daughter own and run this well established business brand. The service is second to non. Quick, friendly and very very professional. The shop decor is bright and energetic and the atsmostphere is all round lovely. Highly recommended for any waxing, tinting or tanning....
