I used bonzi conveyancing for a property I purchased recently. Not only were they inept at doing what they are paid to do, but they repeatedly ignore correspondence too. Basically, they do everything via email, so if they don't respond you are stuck, as we tried calling the office but they never put us through to the conveyancer, they would just take a message. The most difficult conveyancers I have ever dealt with. I would never ever recommend this conveyancer, you will only be asking for trouble.

Had a straight forward purchase settlement so thought I would use a fixed price conveyancing company. Yes they got the job done and we settled on the agreed day however I think what you save in price you pay for in service.

Every time I spoke to someone they were friendly enough and would help with my request however I asked for a morning settlement 4 weeks before the settlement day giving them enough time to book it in. I even called 1 week before settlement and was advised that they had booked in my settlement for 11am. Based on this information from Bonzi I booked the removal company and had the whole day planned around this time. However the day before settlement they called to confirm my 3.30pm settlement, when I questioned that it was suppose to be 11am they said that no they had not booked it in only requested that time and that they didn't book it in until 2 days before settlement. Bonzi took too long to book in my settlement and therefore couldn't get the time I requested. They then tied to blame the other side saying that they weren't ready to book in my settlement. I don't believe this to be true and the vendors bank just hand over a title and can easily accommodate different times if the rest of the parties agree. Either way I had requested many times to Bonzi that I needed a morning settlement and no one bothered to advise me that this wasn't going to happen until the afternoon before the settlement. This cause a huge disruption and cost to me as I had to pay extra for the removilst company to come the next day, I also had to beg the real estate agent from my previous house to not charge us an extra days rent as I needed an additional day to clean the property after we moved out. Next time I'll pay the extra money and use a company that can be held accountable as I feel there was no customer service from Bonzi.
