Stocks quality products and always does a good deal. Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful staff.

Great range & friendly service. Owner very helpful and happy to demonstrate use of products - I was after a baby cradle swing and he had good knowledge of the ins and outs of the different brands. Most items are a bit more expensive than other shops, however the owner price matched with another local business.

Since my 18 month old baby girl was born, I have visited this shop many times as it stocks different products that you don't always find in the bigger stores such as Big W, etc. The after service care is fantastic. My Mum purchased a baby car seat and couldn't remember how to tighten the seat belt so she returned to the shop and the staff member that sold it to her was most helpful and came out to the car and showed my Mum how to do it. Although some of the items in this shop can be expensive, it is the good quality service that keeps me coming back!

I HAVE PURCHASED THINGS FROM HERE BEFORE, BUT HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM THEIR STAFF. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PRODUCTS, WHICH ARE REPUTABLE BABY BRANDS, BUT I FIND THEIR STAFF VERY UNHELPFUL
