It's a good place for bookings only, if you don't book, expect to be treated like a backpacker holding out a thumb for service. Waiters are not great and the food takes a long time before arriving. The food is simple too.

After reading many reviews about this place, I found myself somewhere in the middle. The restaurant has relatively poor service, with some simple meals taking 45 minutes to arrive - and not exactly tasting like they just left the grill either.

The food has an exotic taste, but isn't up to the standard of other places in the area with similar prices. I find myself here only when I feel like absolutely nothing else, and I've never left feeling completely satisfied.

The building itself has a good feel, and is well sized. Has a lot of room to improve, but isn't quite there yet!

I'll confirm other reviews.
Not so long ago I had a coupon book sent to me, one of them offered free glass of sangria for ALL you can EAT and DRINK Brazilian BBQ.

I thought to myself, all you can eat? for $29? SOLD !

Okay I did not read the 'Mon-Thursday' condition for all you can eat, so when we rocked up (sat) we didn't end up getting the all you can eat.

Anywho, service was nothing special, sure they do their job, but they seem only to care to bring out the food and do the bare minimum. (Here's when I thought, 'okay no tip')

Food did take awhile, not completely satisfied. To be fair I really didn't have an idea what to expect, never had anything Brazilian. Never the less I could tell that there were room for improvement.

We traveled a fair distance just to try this place, I would not say that we'll be doing this again.

Went there on a Saturday night, restaurant was fairly busy but no where near full.
We had a fairly large group including small children, which was stated when we booked, yet we were seated at a table right in front of the rather loud live band - which I might add were great but slightly loud with the little ones to consider.
Ordered drinks fairly soon after arriving which took ages to reach the table - the waiter took no care to place the correct drink in front of the person who ordered it - In fact he placed several beers in front of a 4 year old!
Sides were very basic compared to those that I have seen at similar styled restaurants.
Service started out reasonably well with meat coming around to the table almost too quickly.
Most of the meat was on the rare side (very bloody) which isn't something all diners would go for.
One waiter did confuse beef for lamb when serving but really no biggie.
The garlic rump seemed to have been marinated in raw garlic paste.
The majority of the meat were not quality cuts and had a lot of fat running through them.
Service really slowed down after the initial flurry after we arrived with us having to ask for more.
The famous cheese balls were no where to been seen during this service so I requested them and was told they were in the oven several times over a half hour period. When I finally spoke to the manager he did appease us with a garlic bread and had more meat brought around to us. The cheese balls arrived some time after that and were not cooked through.
Upon paying the bill did ask the manager whether they were under staffed that night and was told 'no that was the amount of staff they normally had'...
Staff were rushed and there wasn't a smile to be seen from the majority of them.
All in all for night that came up at being $55 a head VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
I cannot recommend strongly enough that you avoid this place and head to anywhere else at all!!!

Went here a few months ago for dinner. Although I had made a booking, we still had to wait for more than 30 minutes to be seated when there appeared to be many empty tables. We all had the "Churrascaria" and the food came out rather slow and some of the items listed were not available. Comparing this to other Brazilian Churrascaria's I've been to, the quality of this wasn't the best.

The "live entertainment" is a group dancers and drummers who were very loud and actually made my meal less enjoyable.

Not the best place to visit for a Brazilian Grill.

Horrible place....avoid it like a disease!!!!!
I know it`s hard to say things like this but that place should not even be open.
Quality of the meats is very low and the service is extremely slow. In about 1 hour and 20 minutes we only received 4 pieces of meat called in different names but always the same thing: rump (nothing against rump, but is supposed to be a big variety of meats). And we even upgraded for the deluxe meal to have a bit more meat but we only received some cold prawns and something else that i could not describe.

Approximate cost: $56
