So I went today to get a piercing and the receptionist treat me like sh*. The had a sign for all piercings 50 and she told me that was 60 so when I asked she said there was an after care 10 kit. I said I had one for a piercing I did there a month ago and she said 'bacteria is already growing in the spray so you need another one". Then take of my debit card and she with a sarcastic smile tell me you need cash so walk 50 metres that way and come back. Zero customer service. The attitude was sarcastic and diminishing. Worst part, the owner was siting next to her.. ATO warning as clearly they are hiding revenue with cash sales, plus no receipt or invoice, o if sth happens really doubt you get any responsibility from them. I went for my first tatoo at 29 and felt so confortable being a newby and back for a piercing 4 weeks ago, and was hoping ofr another tatoo and more piercing but so no coming back to be treated like that!

Went in and got a tatt on saturday just walked in amazing team and was done on the spot.
Good price good service.
I'll be going back for sure.

Terrible! Got my first tattoo here and regret it completely. It was simple quote and they still manage to screw up . Lines are smudged and unreadable. Staff were rude and impatient, insisiting on charging extra over agreed price with some bullshit excuse about first time tattoos costing more! They are completely disorganized. Was booked in for mattoo, and instead was given some newbie apprentice. Never again.

After being to quite a few tattoo shops in and around Sydney (and have had quite a bit of tattooing done on myself), I would have to say that Bondi Ink is one of the more decently priced places as they charge a standard price for all work per the hour (some other places quote ridiculous prices and time frames for work to be completed!!). I took a relative down to have a portrait done by Mick Medusa in black/grey and couldn't have been more impressed with his finished product. He was professional and completely focused on his work and completed it within 3 hours (other places tried to quote us 6 hours at a ridiculous price). The desk staff on the day were great aswell and very accommodating and friendly. General atmosphere was lively but not over the top. Will definitely go back to have more work done. Hope they keep those standards up!!

Not enough reviews for Bondi Ink come up online! In any case, I had Alix (lovely, lovely girl) do the Danzig band font and skull logo on my upper right arm and shoulder. It turned out like a direct copy and I cannot praise this business highly enough. I had mine done on April 20, 2012. Go; have no doubts! Dismiss any negative reviews! Plus the amazing beach view is a total plus. Very professional. Just plain awesome.

The staff down at Bondi Ink are incredibly friendly and down to earth. I thought the place may have a bit of attitude being on Campbell parade and the name and all but they are just the sweetest and lovely people. They really want to work with you to ensue that you get the results you want. The guy I saw was called 'Nico' he's french with great tats and an easy going attitude. I only had a touch up done but I have to say I am wowed with the results.
