Order took over 2 weeks to arrive, but was sent someone else's order. Got in contact wit customer support and was sent a return slip and told items I had ordered were out of stock, tgat they'd place a special order for me. I declined and asked for a refund. I was told once tgey received the item I received back at their warehouse then they'd give a refund. 2 weeks after sending it back I checked in as I hadn't received a refund yet... After 3 weeks I've checked in again as still no refund and no one wants to respond to me about it now. I will never buy from this place again, and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone... They're nothing but thieves!

Purchased penny lane coat size L/XL way way too small fits a size 10 to 12 which is my granddaughters size so if your larger than a 12 don't bother

I have been unable to get in contact with customer service. My order took over 3 weeks to arrive as it was sent via QLD and I live in Perth. I have tried several times over various days to contact customer service as the dress needs to be returned, and have had no response at all. Through no fault of my own, the 30 days return window has now elapsed and I have still had no response .

Reviewing as initially had some issues getting in contact with customer service. Once connected, they were quick to respond.
