I broke my leg recently and I emailed the gym to ask about my membership, the staff explained that it was no issue and they could pause my membership until I could use it again.

We picked a date to resume and the payments have stopped in between now and then.

The gym itself is OK, some of the free weights need some attention and it can be really packed at times. Other than this I recommend the gym, the customer service when I called shocked me, very helpful and impressive.
