Bluebell Conveyancing arranged settlement for my property. The settlement date was brought forward by 2 months and occurred whilst I was overseas. Elaine handled the early settlement without fuss and everything went through smoothly. By the time i cleared customs Elaine emailed me to advise settlement was complete and I could collect the keys. Elaine kept me updated on the progress of the settlement throughout my overseas travel and co-ordinated everything on my behalf with the bank.
