Lovely service, lovely food. Nothing out of the ordinary on the menu, just a good selection of international food items - salads, soups, stews/casseroles, pastries and breakfast items. It was reasonably fresh and done well, and not exorbitant.

The place is conveniently located in the main street of Lilydale close to the station and all the shops. The service is pretty good , they have unusual art on the wall and basic furniture there is out door seating which is great on a nice day. The coffee and food overall was okay but it didn't wow me.

I have eaten here dozens of times, both during the week & on weekends. Very relaxed cafe, good service, good food.
Fresh juices, mushrooms on toast (with basil pesto & fetta) and soy latte.
I have also attended a Friday afternoon cocktail party which was a success.
Lunch special - vegetable soup & sour bread toast is hearty.
Yes, I will return and I would recommend.

Have lived locally for years & visited cafe 3 times over the past 2 months. EVERY time I ate there, there was a hair in my coffee/food, & then a foreign object in my porridge. Disgusting. Tired of giving them so many chances. Don't bother attending this establishment, unless you enjoy other people's contributions in your food and/or drink. Waitress' haven't a clue - poor people skills.

great service, food always looks good and well presented. its the place my friends and I like to go to after a walk. Business has been established for quite a while so everyone knows where it is.

I have only ate here on a couple of occasions but do think it is a reasonable choice for a quick coffee or brunch. I ate the calamari they have there and it was absolutely delicious.
