good day today saw Dr Gooley,had blood test done,nice receptionist....but dam prescription has gone up

Worst receptionist ever meet in this centre. She is a rudest person ever meet . No eye contact and cold face, no patient.It seems like I am begging for the service. I am talking about the receptionist working on morning ,22rd March 2022. She really should quit this job as all the receptionist I met before in this centre are pretty friendly.

Are you open? I can't get an answer On the phone have been on hold since this morning? I need to get my 96 year old mum an inr test?.

I would like to pay compliments to Ms Sonia, receptionist, for her excellent service performance. Ms Sonia is very considerate to help with efficient kindness and very polite. ms Sonia is an asset to the Blue Cross Medical Centre of Kingsgrove NSW.

Very happy with the service at Blue Cross Medical Centre. Even though it was an extremely busy Friday night the staff were extremely friendly. The Practice Manager was efficient, professional and so lovely, she helped me with my little kids and my next appointment. Will definitely be back here.

Great staff professionals in the med field . One stop shopping for drs. They do bloods have xrays and specialists in attendance. Dr Gooley is an outstanding Dr.

May133 sorry to hear that but I believe if you were a good mum you would of known better and taken your child to the hospital from the first place and Dr Sadia Ahmed is a very good doctor and knows what she is doing, I take my family there for a long time and very happy and for the people who are saying they close the doors before 10pm well if it's 9pm and they have 2 doctors on and have a waiting time of over 45 mins, they would have to close the doors and say there closed so no more people would came and if it's 9:40pm and it's full inside and let you in they wouldn't close till 11pm if they keep taking in people, so the best thing to do is call at 9pm and ask how many people there is before caming to the medical centre

Will never visit this Medical centre again! Took my newborn who had a high temperature and saw Dr Sadia Ahmed..and her only advise was to give my baby some panadol. Fever didnt go away for 3 days so took my baby to hospital and turns out she had menigitis! The doctors at the hospital told us that all doctors should know to advise their patient to take babies under 3 months straight to the hospital if they had a fever.
Dr Sadia Ahmed is VERY incompetent , unprofessional and irresponsible as a doctor!! If we were told what to do correctly, my baby could be treated earlier!!!
Please do not visit this medical centre if you want the best treatment for your loved ones

Needs more staff, especially doctors BUT, it is great in terms of working hours if you require medication or specific drugs. You can purchase your medicine here up to 12pm (closing time - weekdays) since most pharmacy's close at 6-9pm.
