Hired a bunch of kids weekly dvds and had a mishap with 1 which failed 2 play. Had 2 return and swap, however staff extended rental time by a week no question which made the kids pretty happy.
There was a great selection of dvds to choose from and the staff were friendly and the service was fast.

one dvd had to be cleaned in order to watch,another was scratched & UN able too watch but they did give a credit to our account,dvd normally a minum 2 night hire which is great you don't have to rush back
