Great service by Jessica, she was attentive, easy to talk to and gave me great tips about looking after my hair. The hair cut was one of the best I've had. Jessica cut the length I desired without hacking heaps off and gave it a subtle yet effective style! The treatment gave my hair a shiny glossy and healthy look. Im disappointed that I only bought one voucher instead of multiples! highly recommended for anyone looking for a new hairdresser.

Excellent hair cut, my hair felt fantastic after. The style was the best I have had for a while. Jesse was attentive and very friendly and her service was superb. It was great you could talk if you wanted to or not. I found it very relaxing and pleasant which I don't usually get from other salons because of the constant small talk they think they must engage in. Thank you for the pleasant experience. I'll be back and I have have recommended the salon to others.

Service: fantastic and friendly - I was attended to right away. Haircut: perfect, exactly what I wanted - they were thorough but gentle with the wash, and used amazing smelling shampoo, and then after the cut put in the most amazing thermo-treatment that has ever been used on my hair. It was then 'ironed-in' with a straightener which left my hair feeling silky, healthy and fabulous. It was just the result I wanted!
Bonus: The staff were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable - it was great that they didn't talk the entire time, it was a relaxing experience. Also, offered tea & coffee which was a pleasant surprise and something not offered at bigger studios!

Note: I used the Groupon special for this haircut and paid $29 for a wash, cut, blowdry and special thermo treatment. Best money I've ever spent.

Approximate cost: $29 with Groupon

Friendly and excellent service. Love it when I find a hair dresser who is willing to go beyond the norm and is willing to experiment with my hair.

Went to the family owned and operated, Choppa's for the first time yesterday. I am very very particular about how I have my hair cut and told Christine that I had recently had a good cut done elsewhere and that I would like the same. She went through my hair with a comb and gave a few 'hmms' and 'ahhs' and told me how the previous hairdresser had cut my hair. This way she knew what she needed to do exactly. She checked with me the whole way through, making sure I was happy with everything (which I was). I thought that was very thorough and really showed her skill level. She then went on to give me a perfect cut, not a hair out of place!

I will be back and will recommend Choppa's to friends. I particularly like that this place is locally owned and run and that my money is supporting a great small business! You certainly don't get service like this from the big companies.

I used to go to a leading (and more expensive) salon, but they were always too busy and could never fit me in when convenient.
I love going to see the girls at Choppa's - so friendly and very good at what they do (and not pricey!)

Really friendly down to earth professional people
Went in playing it safe asking for a bob until I got chatting to Christine ( the owner) she was saying "would you think of going shorter?" I was a bit apprehensive to begin with but thought what the hell go for it! She looks as if she knows what she is doing and OMG what a transformation I feel like a new woman and my fiance thinks he has got a new woman ha ha ha
And cheap prices too win win situation!
Thanks Christine I will be back x

My hair hadn't seen a pair of hairdresser's scissors for a good six months resulting in a mess of tangled layers and split ends. Chris casts an expert eye on the horror before her and immediately offers a suggestion no other hairdresser had ever thought of or could be bothered enough to give - chemical straightening. The outcome was a head of smooth, sleek, polished hair cut into a charming Bob. Chemical straightening is only as good as the operator. Chris kept a watchful eye over the process and is clearly a dab hand at this. This is a time consuming treatment however you can be rest assured that Chris cuts no corners. Highly recommended and worth the journey to this part of town.

Approximate cost: $300+

This is a great recommendation - I'm looking for a new hairdresser too, since mine closed down recently. :-)

Choppa's is a fantastic salon with everything in reach for your needs. Fast and very friendly, I also take my kids there to have a haircut. In all the years I've been getting my hair cut this is one of the very few salons that I can go to confident of knowing that I'll walk away with exactly what I want (and even better) I've been there 3 times now and feel like it's been my salon for ever, oh and its great value for money "0)

Wonderful from start to finish! After trying all of the fancy, big named salons around Perth and never being completely happy, it's so nice to find somewhere that listens to what I want AND does a fantastic job!! Love the relaxed atmosphere, products and overall service.
