This butcher is amazing! Lester and his team will go out of their way to help you in any way with your meat needs. Their meat is also very good quality and I think their meat is the best in the lower mountains.
I really love that they also sell sandwich meats such as Chilli Chicken, turkey and ham, the sandwich meats are always fresh and delicious.
Their service is also always impeccable too and they always remember regular customer's names.
I really cannot fault this butcher and I cannot buy meat anywhere else.

He does great dry aged beef cutlets - Best we've had in Australia. Also very ready to take a phone order for quick pick up on the way home from work. Did us a great standing rib roast for a special occasion. Very Happy to have such a great butcher so local to us.

Allan is the owner and main butcher of this little shop.
Has a great range of free range meats including rabbit (he personally knows the guy who has the rabbit farm).

Have walked in many times not knowing what i wanted for dinner and have been offered very helpful suggestions. Also has an uncanny ability to estimate how much (kg) you will need to feed 3, 4 , 5 + 1 kid and someone with a small appetite(me).
Top quality meats. i often stock up while I'm visiting before heading back home.
