I am a big fan of the Blake Education literacy resources, with my favourite being the Gigglers guided reading series which includes a teacher's reference book matching up to each of the stories. The Blake Education website has a section that includes free classroom resources that can be downloaded. Very happy with the quality of their products and their quick shipping.
