Arrogant is the best way to describe them. At first they were good, I was in a hurry, work got done (even thought they 'found' other things that 'urgently' needed to be fixed). Then there was an issue to be fixed under warranty.......deny deny deny was the attitude 'it wouldn't be us'. 'it's nothing we did' etc. Rudeness begets rudeness, so that was returned (there is only so much patience one can have). Eventually, they did say bring the car in, but there was no point as clearly there position was never going to change even if a problem had been found.
Extremely disappointing.

Had a bad oil leak on my Magna. Daniel and Bianca gave me excellent service. Sorted out the oil leak and also replaced my timing belt. And the price was also very reasonable.

As the 6 months service was due for my car, I tried to find a closer mechanic to my place than before.
So, after discussing with a friend, she recommended me this lady mechanic, Bianca.
I was very impressed with the service, she really checked in detail everything and carried out all the minor service, along with replacing and adjusting the rear park brake linings.
Bianca is also a very nice person, she didn't try to "intimidate" me sort of speak, you know how sometimes the mechanics don' tell you much about your car and make you feel uncomfortable if you dare to ask them more details about something.
Bottom line, I have found my mechanic for my car from now on!
