Very bad experience. Phone operator was extremely rude. Left stranded with autistic kid for almost two hours even tho it was a regular booking. Operator just accused me of lying. They shouldnt offer NDIS services if you have no understanding or compassion for those with high needs

Booked a taxi to a short distance as car in mechanic...rang driver ...said would be 15mins...waited...looked again...got a different driver on phone tracking...this one said 10mins...coyld have walked!!!time wasters

Absolutely very very poor customer service - I have lodged a complaint against Black & White cabs to TMR and Taxi Council today.
We booked a cab at 10am this morning to pick us up at the Regatta Hotel Sylvan Rd Toowong at 1pm. Black & White cabs accepted our booking at 10.05am confirming the booking via txt message.
We waited at the assigned pick up point for an hour and made 8 phone calls to Black & White cab about the booking and eta for pick up.
We got mixed messages from the operator "we are experiencing delays in your area and are still searching for a car" on another response we were asked where we were as the taxi could not find us at the pick up point. 2 Black & White cabs entered Sylvan Road but when flagged down and questioned said they had booking and coouldn't help us.
On the last call the Black & White cabs operator said we are experiencing delays in your area and are still searching for a car - I said they had 4 hours to source a cab and we are still waiting - he responded it was not his responsibility and basically dismissed me.
We also rang 13Cabs and waited 2 hours - they cancelled the booking on us after an hour and we rebooked but still no cab.
We have paid a premium subscription to get to a game at the GABBA today and now find we are still standing on the corner.

I got abused by a black and white cab driver second in the rank (and another backed him up) because I didn’t want to get in the first car because the driver was smoking - in the end I said I would have to go elsewhere then and he said they didn’t want my business. I wasn’t rude - in fact a person who witnessed it all and told me that I should try DiDi they are cheaper and not rude! Really poor by all 3 drivers. Sorry for all the good drivers out there

I would never recommend this business. Driver kept asking to see my wallet to pay on first 10 mins I replied I was not doing that. He told me my destination address didn't exist.. He dropped me at an aldi. did not know where I was. Called supervisor. No help. They refused to send another cab. Jokes on you people. It was a 100 dollar cab ride.

i Think the price you pay for a journey in one of these cabs is grossly overcharged. most of the cabbies dont even know their way around the city and cant speak any english. so you cant even help them out.

I called a Black and White cab on Saturday and it took 55 Min's to arrive. The cab was as smelly as the driver. The uniform was wrinkled and looked unkempt and the driver did not have English as his first language. I had to provide the directions as he was unsure of the area.
