This review is for the a franchise in WA. Absolutely shocking and will never use again. Cut a real long story short, bedroom looks like it's not even been vaccumed and had to get on my hands and knees to pick up what he didn't. After he left I realised that the shower door would not close. Being a single woman and living in a rental home I needed it fixed. So I call them up and said that although I was not overly happy with the clean I just wanted him to come back and fix my shower door. He tried to argue with me saying that I had not complained to the cleaner about not being happy, but I have manners and didn't say anything to the chap but I would not have used them again and that would have been the end of it. So basically he got my back up immediately! The chap came back with attitude in tow, he fixed the door and then slammed it so hard I had to ask him to not do that and to leave my house. I cannot believe I have spent $70 of my hard earned money on this dreadful service, I only did it as I am new to Australia and have yet to buy a vaccum cleaner! Oh and the other thing is the fact he turned up late and did 1.5 hr cleaning...I paid for 2 hours! Bloody awful and will never use again.
