Talk about the best hot chips with cheese and gravy.....oh yes!!! I discovered this only a few months ago and now its my take out night treat!! Hot and yum!

I love going to the Bittern General Store I watched them pull down the old one and rebuild the new one but luckily the same staff stayed on. They know my name and my children's names and are always polite and know how to treat their customers. I enjoy their food (especially the souvalaki's!!) We go every Thursday after I pick up my daughter from Kinder and when we walk in the always know what we want for our lunch. This is how good they are and they know how we like it. They have a variety of food and drinks ranging from cakes, salad rolls etc to milk juice and soft drink. Very popular on a sunday morning as Bittern market is going.

the staff offer good service.. there food is excellent quality and they make fantastic hamburgers and chips you can get pre made food if your on the run or order fresh.. they are also a post office if you need a stamp ect..
