Our household regularly shops online at Biome and we are always pleasantly surprised by the rapid delivery. Products do cost more than their supermarket equivalent, but prices are generally reasonable when taking their eco-credentials into account. Service has always been fantastic, whether shopping online or in store.

Biome is my favourite eco store. I shop online at Biome often and find the products are excellent quality, practical and very useful for an everyday eco conscious family. The staff service that I've experienced is excellent. Perhaps the postage fee is a little expensive when you only need one or two cheap items, I'd like to see the free shipping amount lowered too. Otherwise Biome really is a top quality store and I look forward to my next purchase.

We have taken notice of the free shipping threshold and are offering more regular Free shipping and reduced shipping offers. At the moment, orders are free when you spend over just $100.
Free shipping amount is a little too high which is a downfall when buying on-line. However it is a great shop with lots of fantastic products and the customer service is very good.

Our philosophy is to offer high quality, long lasting products so that you need to buy less often. Please check out products like our natural skin care as they are premium quality and much cheaper than "top" mainstream brands (because you are not paying for the hype & glossy advertising). We are working on discounted shipping. At the moment, orders are free when you spend over $100.
Thats a good incentive; free shipping over $100. ($150, i feel in comparison to other online stores was a little high) Thank you for writing back too it's always nice to see that you guys are interested in what your customers have to say!
Biome is a wonderful store. They have an amazing range of products for the eco-minded. I love that they stock a variety of different priced items so that you can purchase something to suit your budget. They have a great variety of green cleaning, baby, beauty and home and garden products.

Whilst there are a great range of items available with very friendly staff, the items themselves are fairly expensive. Nevertheless they are environmentally friendly and organic so it would seem you have to pay more!

We deliberate a lot on the pricing of our products and aim to always be competitive at the Recommended Retail Price or less. Some eco products do cost more as you say because they are higher quality in the ingredients/inputs, the manufacturing process and the labour. We find it is great to support small eco-businesses so that they can increase their volumes and hopefully lower their costs and prices also. And our philosophy is to offer products that help you to "buy quality, less often".
