On my weekend away in the Hunter Valley, Bimbadgen Estate was one of the wineries that I was most keen to check out. The grounds were stunning and the main building was impressive, but that is where my positive comments end. The lady that assisted my friends and I, was completely dis-interested in what she was doing and borderline rude towards us as customers. She told us nothing about any of the wines we tasted, and kept walking away from our group. Honestly, based on that poor customer service alone, I will not be visiting Bimbadgen Estate again. There are plenty of other wineries in the area with lovely tasting wines and great customer service to match. My friends and I had come for a tasting, however all we were left with was a bad taste in our mouths.

Wonderful wines, great service. Staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Wines were just wondeful to try.

This is one of the Hunter Valleys most popular wineries, its absolutely gorgeous. They have a lot of music events here as well. Very nice.
