I love Big W. Good bargains and never too busy. Great pets selection, too. This one appears to be a well stocked Big W with good bargains but mainly that it is not too busy. Parking is ok too.

I like this store as it never seems to be very busy,so you are in and out very quick,which i like and they have self serve too,which i like.The layout is good and very clean store.

Great staff and well set out store. I usually have a good experience here although sale stock tends to move fast so I advise calling ahead of time to make sure they have it.

This Big W has a great variety of goods, the store is clean and well set out. Again its value for money and the service is good that i have experienced.

I had purchased some clothes for my younger sibling from the 'Pink Sugar' collection and each item i have brought had shrunk after the first wash, none of these items were put in the dryer, i returned the items to the store and the staff didnt appear to know what they were doing, when i purchased the items the girl on the counter repetitively scanned the items so instead of having one of each item on the register it showed we had 3/4 of each item. Wouldnt purchase clothes from Big W in the future.

each time i go there, they products are never where they are meant to be. there is stuff scattered in the isles. there prices are low being a big department store, but trying to find the product your looking for can be frustrating

I love shopping here for the baby products. There prices are to die for and have found they are also cheaper than all the rest. Always discounted sales etc I could spends hours here. 98% of there stock is cheaper than other stores. One of the best multi purpose stores around. Wish we had one here in Mornington!
