This is my local store and I go there at least once a week. Its always clean and staff are very helpful. They have a great variety in children's clothes and toys. I go there to buy my dog's biscuits as they are the only place that stock woofbix!

I really like shopping at Big W Hallett Cove - the store is always clean and tidy, and never too busy. Staff are helpful, and I like the self serve checkouts.

Plenty of things instore. Staff are approachable and friendly. Happy to check with other stores when items not available. Love the self check out system.

i love the new store. it's well set out and has everything you need. we never even have to go down the hill anymore. the service is often unsatisfactory. for example. nobody at manned service stations therefore we had to use self service when we were purchasing large and hard to scan items. also had to wiat around for almost an hour one night for staff member to check for stock and contact marion store to check stock.

This is a new store. It is fresh spacious and well stocked with all normal items. The staff are friendly and helpful and the product range is excellent. In store specials are great.
