Big W Coffs Harbour is a great store, most of staff friendly and helpful. Its a good store for its prices. I shopped here for yarn wool an found what I wanted.

Big W is a great store simply for its price and amount of staff and products. Its really good for basically anything electronic, I always go there to buy the newest games (for the cheapest prices). This particular occasion i bought about 3 xBox 360 games. I couldn't find a particular game and they quickly found it for me, (I think it was a skylanders game for my little brother). And they were nice about it, it didn't seem to bother them, which i don't really see in most big stores.

There isn't a time i go to Coffs Harbour where i don't go in Big W at least once.

It was a Sunday Morning, I went into Big W for a browse but then intended on buying something but wasn't sure where the item was located. I asked a team member if she could please help me in the right direction. This team member was very rude. Another staff member was talking to this person already and the team member continued with their conversation between staff before helping me. When they did help me they were in a huff and puff as if I interrupted something very important and just said "there!" once we got to the area. Imagine if I were a mystery shopper that day.

Big W has a some really good promotions and specials. I find most of the staff to be really friendly and helpful when you need to find something. But it does provide good value for money.

I love shopping at Big W, they always seem to have what I want at a reasonable price, even when a pair of gumboots split after a month all I had to was take them back with the docket and got a full refund.

Shopping at Big-W gives everybody a wide variety of products at the very lowest prices. you can always find almost anything you need there, from sporting goods, to clothing to furniture.
