The store is so well set out and usually one of the first places we go to buy presents and Nappies, Toilet Paper and more. I shop here on a fortnightly basis, they are great.

I had requested to have an outdoor table and chairs put on hold when they had located the items in their storage area for the only one available was the one on display. This was face to face contact. My details when put down. I waited 4 days then rang back Same response. At the weekend two weeks after the initial contact with BigW I got my daughter to ask for and pay for the items one week later. the response given that the items where out the back and difficult to get out. I rang back again twice on that same day as my daughter had been in. I finally got a response from a worker in that area only to be told that Big W had sold out the week before. One week after I had put a hold on the set and being told that they were still out the back in storage. NOT a Happy Customer!!!!
