Love this shop! I especially like the style of the clothes for larger women. Most shops have large sizes but the style of clothes is questionable. Not this shop! Love the new jeans I purchased and the staff member was fantastic, explaining the fit to me and what to expect when I washed them in terms of shrinkage. Best shop for larger women.

had to return a pair of pants when taken from the store ,they were stained went back that day and was told i could not return them.as they were stained.

I was there on holiday and my last day shopping, i stumbled upon an awesome sale they had where dresses etc that cost $150, had all dropped down to less than $10! It was a crazy sale but extremely well worth it. I spent AU$60 and walked away with $700 worth of beautiful clothing. Maybe it was a one off but i keep hoping that they'll have another one of those crazy sales. Nothing i purchased seemed faulty and costing this much, i would have fixed the faults myself! I'm from New Zealand where we have just opened 2 City Chic stores, but they do not rate like the Aussie ones, which i prefer. I'm off to Perth in 2 weeks so i hope you have another one of those sales that i love while i am there. Keep the cheap crazy sales coming City Chic!!!

I am a bit of a bargain hunter so sale time makes for some good bargains. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is welcoming and change rooms are a good size and well lit. The simple fact is the customers are larger ladies yet its never made note of or made feel that way

If you ever buy something faulty from this store don't expect an exchange or even a refund at all. Basically it's too bad (ridiculously expensive pants that don't even last one wear!.

I love this shop as it has great clothes for us bigger women. It can be a little dear but it is well worth it. The women in there are very helpfull. Trust me you will love this shop. In summer is has some great dress and thats what i brought and a top.
