This place is amazing, I live right near the corner and whenever I could, I'd definitely buy the classic burger which is $5.20 and comes with a drink.
Prices may have increased; the burgers are still great taste which allow me to come back without a hassle.

Has one of the best tasting chips and burgers out west. The prices are VERY reasonable, and is definatley great value for money. A must try.

LOOOVE the taste of the burgers here! I have been going here since primary school, all the schools and just everybody knows about big chiefs! They are great value for money! My favourite and the one I always get is the special (burger and fries for under $4 ...i'm pretty sure =P) anyway its cheap and VERY FILLING! Must go here if you're nearby!

Everyone in my family LOVES Big Chiefs. It's great value and very convenient. Food is great although once in a blue moon the food can taste a bit stale. Love the fruit salad and all ingredients are always fresh. Burgers are delicious and will satisfy your appetite, fish is fresh and well cooked. Chicken is nicely done and we always use it on sandwiches for family picnics. Drinks and ice-cream is available so it's a good choice for picnics on a nice summer day. Staff is friendly though they are not very social with customers.

Big Chief Burgers is a store close to Rooty Hill station and is convenient if you are in need of take away food.
The prices are very reasonable and the burgers can be very filling.
Had no problem with the staff working there.

Big Chiefs is convenient for me. They always tends to be busy. Since the staff are Vietnamese it makes it easier for them to communicate with me. They're friendly and always cheerful. Food isn't that great however. Sometimes their food seems to be abit stale.

I love big chiefs and there burgers are great, they also do fish and chips and they're meal deals are great. The service is quick and they are very friendly.

After being a customer for many years I purchased a burger to find a chunk of glass in it; when I called to advise them what I had found and to be sure there was no other glass in the salad's I was advised that this was not their problem and I was only trying to get a refund, I advised I didn't want a refund rather them to ensure the safety of other customers by checking their stock.

They proceeded to be very rude so my husband went into the shop and showed them the glass and was still never offered an apology.

It was never about a refund (which I might add we never accepted when offered) it was about customer safety, I will never dine their again, not because of the glass we found but how they handled our concerns.
