Have used them for the past 3 years. Whenever we have an issue they are straight out, the problem is sorted and the price is right.

I bought a Hot Water Heater from this company in 2002 and have had it serviced by them in 2012. Between Christmas & New Year it finally stopped working. I phoned Big Blue and the Manager got back to me at 8.00pm. He said he would get someone to come the next morning. I said I worked early and he said he would try for extra early. A plumber arrived at 7:45am confirmed the heater couldn't be repaired, we agreed on a replacement, he left and returned 1 hour later with a new hot water heater. I left him to install the heater and I went to work. He installed the heater, cleaned up and took away the old heater and the packaging. Outstanding!
