We are lucky we had a forman that takes pride in his work .

I would like to thank you for building our home.

Its been quite a journey for us however the whole process of building was very smooth and very well explained from start to end.

I would also like to thank our building supervisor JOHN who was always happy to attend to our questions and had time for us regardless of the undoubtedly hectic work that he oversees and made this happen for us in time.

Although there are still a few small items that require attention during our 90 day maintenance period, we are confident in you to continue to provide us with good service.

We recommend anyone looking to build a new home to strongly consider Bevnol Homes as their provider.

I would like to express my complete satisfaction with the performance of Bevnol Homes. I can highly recommend them based on how they executed the building at my place. The dwelling is a one off drawn by a local designer. We decided to build the house with a bit of trepidation becasue one hears all the horror stories about builders. This was exaggerated by the fact that we would be overseas during most of the construction. Bevnol Homes did an extremely professional job informing us about progress at all times. They emailed us pictures so we could follow the progress. We had the designer check the workmanship on several occasions during the construction. At no time did the designer have anything negative to say about the workmanship. Le me conclude by stating that Bevnol Homes did something very rare in the building industry. They finished the project on time. They finished the project within budget.

Very helpful to help and easy to talk to about changes during the build. Dealt with a complaint very quickly would recommend them to all my friends.

As a tiler i was recommended my supplier bayside tiles about Bevnol as they had a house built by them

As someone who had never built a house before, I nearly fell for the easy option of building with one of the big nationally advertised builders. However, after initial brief dealings with one of the large builders, it became evident to me that at best they would be very inflexible, at worst a nightmare to deal with.

I then bumped into someone who had a house built by Bevnol many years ago, and they couldn't recommend Bevnol highly enough. Following this endorsement, I contacted Bevnol, and since then every aspect of my build has gone as smoothly as possible.

I really cannot fault anything about Bevnol. My home was completed many months ago, and from initial quotation stage through to minor follow up issues post build, Bevnol have been outstanding in their level of service.
I went to Bevnol with my own home design, from an architect, so even if you do not see a standard Bevnol designed home that suits your taste or block shape, take them your own design and they'll build your ideal house.
