Bevnol have been a pleasure to deal with. Aaron our salesperson presented very honestly. The office staff were always prompt in handling our queries. Our supervisor Adam was brilliant. Being a custom build Adam had to improvise quite a bit. Everything he did was perfect. Our build took longer than expected, but now we are in we are extremely happy.

A few early hiccups with change of Sales Rep? Tile line deleted during build, inconvenient but dealt with. Project Manager, C__d, excellent, easy to contact, helpful and nil probs following up any/all queries, always gave good advice. Finished product, great, family in and setting up. Thanks Bevnol.

After a couple of little bumps at the start of our pre-construction, Kristin took it upon herself to help us through step by step. Another massive thank-you to our SS Ryan. He has been absolutely incredible from the start to finish of construction- addressing every issue, concern or question instantly. Nothing was too much of a hassle for Ryan and he put our minds at ease throughout the whole process. It is people like Ryan that make building a house so stress-free, easy and exciting.

After hearing so many horror stories about building with other companies, we are so glad that we decided to build with Bevnol and we are so stoked that our build has been completed to such a high standard.

Our experience with Bevnol homes has been wonderful. The initial paper work was a bit slow but once the construction started it all went very smoothly.

Our building supervisor, Ryan ,was just awesome. He was very approachable, understanding and patient. He has an eye for detail . It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Jeff and Karen in the accounts department were very approachable and helpful. They were both very prompt at replying emails and returning phone calls.

We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and would highly recommend Bevnol homes.

Very very flexible to customise the floor plans and great price!
Went to Metricon first and they asked me hell lot of money for just widening the hallway by 300mm.
Aaron B. from Bevnol ripped the whole floor plan apart and created a totally new plan just for us and he charged me $0 since the built area remained same.
The approvals took much longer than expected. Build started much longer after we had the land settled. (Took 4-5 months).
But once the build started, Ryan did a fantastic job to deliver the home in best shape. Very cool and patient guy.
2 months since we moved in and we love the quality of home.

Every time you call them.someone helps you. You are not just a number and they call you back if they need to. I would build again without doubt. They are big enough to be over all issues even if there is a dispute they dont run away from a problem.Their construction manager is very approachable and returns emails. That in itself is a positive.The supervisor answered the phone every time. Great company.
