We are very satisfied with the 4 houses that Bevnol has done for us. Throughout their marketing, sales and construction process - we find their system very user friendly. They have delivered the works on time. Their handing over process and maintenance is also thorough.

I have had a great experience building with Bevnol. Chad our building supervisor was great to deal with, and very helpful though the build process, the whole team were friendly and helpful. Knowing the base price and deluxe price from the beginning was great other companies do not show these. The add on packages/specials were worth it especially being able to have the finishing touches of the front garden and washing line done, this was every important as a single woman I was able to move in and have these completed and not having to then find a man to do this for me.
I am really glad I went with Bevnol and I would do it again.

The end result is the most important, it is a beautifully built home for my family.

There were issues along the way as to be expected with a large, custom built house. To help others about to build, the issues I encountered were:
Drafting was a real mess, about 15 versions of plans mainly due to the Drafting company making mistakes along the way. Ultimately the lengthy delay this caused was OK in my situation.

Lack of product knowledge with kitchen and cabinetry finishes. This caused about 2 months of delays as I had to re choose bench tops and cupboard vinyl wrap colour. Again it ended up OK because I found a much higher quality bench top option that is not only beautiful but also easy to live with and keep clean. If you want a higher finish and have the budget for it don't settle for the standard materials on offer.

Lack of advice when it comes to Internet/ NBN. Mine is a knock down rebuild and Bevnol did not advise me or have any sort of discussion prior to Contracts around Internet connectivity. In the end I was billed $1500 for NBN plus 2 phone outlets for a house that should of first had the phone lines bored under the road. I have gone straight to Wireless as a result. So if you are doing a KDR, get all this sorted upfront and save the money.

The good parts far out weigh the issues above. Adam was the Site Supervisor, he is patient, hard working and exceptional at his job. He gets a 10/10 from me :)

Most of the trades have done a fantastic job. In particular are Geoff the Cabinet Maker, the kitchen, pantrys, vanities etc are beautiful. He deserves a special mention for the extra time he put into helping me with the design of the kitchen, choosing colours, re designing and supplying the full length pantry in Prep Room. The quality of his work is 10/10 and the installers did a fabulous job.

The concrete pouring company did an outstanding job which was super important to my build as the floors are polish concrete. The stunning end result is reflected in the perfect workmanship of the pouring at the start.

Roger the concrete polisher has done an amazing job, the floors look incredible. I cannot thank him enough for the care he took and the high level of workmanship. The comments keep coming from friends and family, the floors are the best polished concrete any of us have seen.
The tiling is perfect and very high quality workmanship.

Adam installed drainage into the front, upstairs balcony for which I am very appreciative. It wasn't in the original plan and it shows a great attention to detail and care for the longevity of the build.

While there were some real stress points during the build I would build with Bevnol again and highly recommend them. The quality is there, they are a professional company and they hold to their word.

As a young couple we were super excited to build our first home together! After looking through many display homes we came across Bevnol Homes and decided to build a customised version of one of their display homes that we loved! The sales staff we dealt with were very unprofessional and were either not very clear on what we were paying for or had told us certain upgrades were included when they actually weren’t which we would find out later on. This caused many issues for us throughout the build and we felt like there was a lack of care after speaking to higher management regarding the service provided by the sales staff we dealt with that have since left the company. We thankfully dealt with one lady in the office who was fantastic and was always keen to help us via both email and phone calls when we had any queries both before and during the build. Our site supervisor Chad was also fantastic, especially when chasing up any issues we had during our build. Overall we are happy with the finish of our build and our site supervisor has been quick to follow up and issues after handover.

Wow! What can't we say! Bevnol Homes have been hands down so professional and fantastic the whole way through our build process. From our first enquiry and laying out requirements of what we wanted, they were so helpful in making it work and helping with the plans. The colour selection was great fun and the choices were phenomenal and not limiting.

The Head Office staff have been friendly, helpful and willing to help with every little query. Chad our Building supervisor was so approachable, professional and just amazing at what he does.

We could not be happier with the whole process and support given by everyone at Bevnol. We would hands down build with them again and again! #builderforlife

Our dream home is just perfect. We have been in for a few days now, and cannot fault it at all. We are beyond impressed and would recommend them to anyone for any building. 5 stars for everything all the way!!

I am writing this review four months after the handover. I must say the build quality is excellent. Haven't had any major issue since the handover. Brad was our supervisor and he was great. I must also mention Amanda. Only interacted her on emails but she was always quick and responsive.
Kevin from vhls was our sales person and he did a great job. He was patient and gave us good advise.
I thank the entire Bevnol team for their efforts in one way or the other.
