Wished to purchase an item - knew exactly which item I wished to purchase, unfortunately on the three occasions I entered the store - I waited and waited for almost 3o minutes each time to try and get served by staff there but could not get anyone to serve me. Hence I then left, on the third occasion - I actually tried to telephone the store - upon which I was repeatedly hang up on. Without even speaking to a staff member at all. After being hung up on a number of times - I then contacted the Bevilles Head Office to organise my purchase.
