Lovely store with equally as wonderful staff! Their Eternity Club Program is fantastic and i love the rewards I get from being a member! Such beautiful jewelery and homewares in the stores.

My experience began approx. 5 years ago. A ring I had purchased required resizing. So I put it in when I went to pick it up it looked different and the closer I looked I noticed it was not my ring. I had paid $27.00 for resizing. I went back and informed them they come up with a few excuses but eventually they gave me the ring in show case which may or was my ring. I left there feeling utterly sick but I got my ring back but forgot to get my $27.00 back. Now my niece recently purchased a nice watch from there with tiny diamenties. The watch is guaranteed for 3 years. I took it back for her and they said the diamenties are not covered but since the watch is only used on special occasions this really should not have happened. She received the watch back and the diamenties (2) were replaced. Two weeks after she noticed 1 or 2 missing an as she rubbed her finger gently ofver the stones 4 more came of. I have not taken theaken it back because I cannot cope with another issue.
