these guys had exactly what i was looking for boots that were not flat but had a comfortable wedge which are very comfortable to werelove these boots

Have good stock. Staff are a bit frustrating in that they are either asking if you want help when you don't, or aren't around when you do! I will buy from here again.

I went into Betts with the Aim of buying some dressy black shoes and I had about 3 staff members helping me to find the perfect pair. I felt like a movie star. They were all very helpful and friendly.

I went here to purchase boots. I went in it took ages to get served and after waiting around for a while I finally got approached but they didnt have my size. After looking around at other stores I onlywanted the ones in Betts. I thought Ill just go back and get the next size up and wear socks. I waited at the counter for what seemed like eternty. Other people were served around me that arrived after me and even a staff member walked from out the back and went straight up to another customer no where near the counter and asked her if she needed any help. I was completly ignored not even acknowledged and I was there to make a purchase. I decided to leave without the boots because I didnt want to give my money to them my money. I was very dissapointed as their specials and prices are good and I like the stock they have.

I have never had fault with an experience at Betts or with the quality of items I have bought from here. Sale prices are exceptional and even when items are full price I'm still willing to pay for the unique and complimentary styles.

This is the a good shoe store with the usual known brands. Does have a reasonable choice. I do buy my children's school shoes here every year. They do have some good specials. I have found the service very frustrating on weekends or Thursday nights as they are way understaffed to cope.

I love this place. The 'specials' table always provides entertainment when you see the crazy stuff that didn't sell so well. But a number of times I have found gems. I love the second lot of markdowns, when it becomes 60-80% off. Get ready, because Christmas sales are about to strike, and I'll be there. There always seems to be a new face working there. They are not pushy, but they can be a bit robotic - greet, and say they have other sizes out the back.
